A YC² Founding Site brings young people together with trained coaches, community partners, and evidence-based methods to identify real local problems and create solutions the community can actually use. Not a simulation. Not a service project. Real civic work with tangible results.

What a Founding Site Actually Does
A complete program includes local partner development, student recruitment, two trained coaches, materials and participation support, student-selected challenges, stakeholder engagement, evidence gathering, implementation, documentation, evaluation, and connection to a national network of peers doing similar work.
Every Gift Makes a Difference
$119 supports one young person for one week of that experience. $595 supports one full five-week phase. $2,375 supports one student through all 20 weeks, from identifying a problem to sharing what they helped accomplish.
Every donation, at any amount, helps give young people the support and resources to take part in meaningful civic work.

$75,000 — Founding Site Partner: Establish and name a YC² Founding Site in a community you care about, supporting the full program infrastructure needed to serve generations of young people.
A founding gift includes founding-site recognition, optional cohort or site naming, an annual impact briefing, and a supervised student showcase.
